  1. Catalog is prominent, easy to use
really like the "How do I?" icon with drop menu
    prominent hours and phone number
colorful without being busy (unified color scheme and consistent fonts)

  2. Liked the white spaces and centering of important information. Not crazy about how much real estate is given over to photographs. We want a visual punch but how much space are we willing to give over to that. Liked some of the categories such as news and events, events and classes, research. Also like the Ask Us and How do I section. Liked the easy ability to find location and hours.

  3. This is from one of my staff. Banners and blogs take up too much upfront space. have to scroll way down to get a lot of essential info. How do I links good.

  4. I like the How to I and Ask Us sections.
I like the catalog upfront and easy to find.
The Kids and Teen pages are very different from the "adult" pages.
I like the scrolling pictures that can be clicked on for more details but I don't like the way they change (visually stressful).
I like that text can be enlarged but it only changes the middle section of text.

  8. This is from one of my staff:
The “How Do I” is the best part of the website. I dislike the continuously scrolling photos, which gave me a headache. Also didn’t like the dark blue image of the library behind the
webpage. I liked the way location & hours remained on every link you clicked on—very helpful.

  9. Staff comments:
Pros: Links are clear and easy to access, times open are specific and easy to see. Videos available for viewing. Patrons can leave comments on the library website, making it interactive. Easy to Find Search, Bar on top of page, Not too busy, Lots of tabs, 1 main site with links to other locations, Nice font

Cons: Main links (such as jobs, staff info, etc.) are at the very top of the page and easy to miss. Allowing patrons to leave comments gives additional work to staff as far as moderating comments
